Program Goals
  • To maintain a high standard of public safety and community protection in a way that builds competency, capability and accountability in selected offenders
  • To provide offenders the opportunity to reside in the community while making significant changes in their lifestyles
  • To provide the court with an alternative to incarceration option that holds offenders accountable, restores the community while maintaining public safety
  • To facilitate jail bed openings
