PLEASE NOTE:  
NEW PROCEDURES IN PLACE DUE TO RESTRICTIONS ON BUILDING ACCESS

EFFECTIVE 6/15/2020 the Washington County Purchasing Department is open to the public by Appointment Only. 

Please make every effort to submit bids by US Mail or another delivery service (UPS/FedEx). USPS mail, UPS, FedEx, etc will still be delivered and received as normal. 

There is also a drop box located in front of Municipal Center Building B.  The drop box will be emptied daily.  If you use the drop box, please write your name and phone number and/or email on the outside of the bid envelope and we will contact you to confirm receipt.

If you must drop off a bid in person, please call ahead or email at least one day in advance and we will arrange a time to meet you at the Municipal Center's Building "B" entrance.

Addenda, if issued, will be sent directly to all parties who have provided their contact information to Washington County Purchasing, email preferred.  To provide your contact information please email procurement@washingtoncountyny.gov and include the title of the bid/proposal, or simply download the bid documents below and provide your contact information as requested.
